Ingredients

decaffeinated Earl Grey tea bag
3/4
cup
unsweetened soy milk
2
teasoons
agave nectar
or sweetener of your choice
1/ 2
teaspoon
pure vanilla extract

pinch
ground cinnamon
for garnish

teasoon
dried lavender flowers
for garnish
Instructions
Pour water into a tea kettle and bring to a boil.
In a small teapot add the tea bag, agave, vanilla. Pour the water over them and stir. Let steep for at least 2 minutes.
Measure the milk into a glass measuring cup. Place in the microwave and heat for 1 mixture until very hot.
Remove milk and froth using a frother or blender. When the frothed milk is double in volume, it's done.
Pour the tea into two teacups, leaving 2 inches of space on top.
Gently pour on the frothed milk.
Garnish with cinnamon and lavender and serve immediately.
