vegan yogurt
plus more as needed

chopped pecans

almond butter

raisins

dried cherries

nondairy milk
plus more as needed
For Serving
Fresh fruit
Dried fruit
Chopped nuts
Sweetener of your choice
Instructions
In a deep container with a lid, layer the oats, yogurt, apples, pecans, raisins and cherries. Cover with soy milk.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour and preferably overnight.
To serve:
Spoon oats and toppings into 4 bowls. Make sure to include all layers.
Top individual servings with fresh or dried fruit, yogurt, nuts and maple syrup or agave syrup. Add more milk if desired.
