Over high heat, bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Once boiling add the green beans and blanch for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove when they are crisp-tender. You want to insure they are slightly undercooked as they will cook some more when sauteed.
Set a large wok or deep skillet over medium low heat. Roast the almonds, stirring, until lightly browned, about 1 minute. Remove from heat and set aside.
Melt the butter slightly in the wok.
Add the green beans, lemon juice, seasoning and sauté, stirring gently until well mixed.
Add the sliced almonds and stir until combined.
Once well heated remove green beans from pan and place in a serving bowl or dish.
