Cook noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain well and set aside. Do not rinse.
Combine the peanut butter, butter, soy seasoning, seasoning and hot sauce in a mixing bowl. Stir to combine. Add a little reserved pasta water, up to 1/4 cup if needed to make a thick yet easily pourable sauce.
Taste test sauce and adjust recipe according to your taste.
Pour 1/2 the sauce over the noodles and stir until noodles are well coated. Add the rest of the sauce and mix again.
Serve noodles warm. Garnish with sliced green onion, chopped peanuts and julienned cucumber.
