Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Water
  • 1 Sheet Nori
  • 1/2 Cup Chia seeds
  • 1 Lemon Juiced
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Black pepper preferably freshly ground
  • 1/4 Teaspoon stevia seasoning or other salt free seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions

  • In a blender combine 1/2 cup water, the Nori sheet, lemon juice, pepper and stevia seasonings. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour misture into a small mixing bowl. Add the chia seeds. Mix until well combined. Set aside refrigerated for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  • After soaking, stir caviar. If too stiff, add up to 1/4 cup water, adding it a little at a time, and stirring after each addition. It should be easily spoonable but not runny.
  • Serve chilled in a serving dish with parsley, dill and lemon wedges as garnish, and with cream cheese and crackers.
  • Refrigerate after using for up to 2-3 days.
