Vegan Worcestershire Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon stevia seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dehydrated vegetable soup mix

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a pot, and cover.
  • Turn the heat on low. Heat until it's just simmering.
  • Remove from the heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
  • Store in a jar in the fridge for up to 1-2 months.
