Ingredients

  • 1 half cucumber sliced
  • 4 kale leaves without stems, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach
  • Fresh ginger approximately 1 inch piece
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 organic apple quartered and cored
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 tablespoons ground flax meal
  • 4-6 cups filtered water

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender. If your blender is too small blend in 2 batches.
  • Add 2 cups of filtered water. Blend until smooth. Add up to 2 more cups water if needed.
  • Pour into 2 large glasses. Serve.

Notes

If you have a high speed, high power blender, the juice will be pretty smooth. For a low powered blender, blend juice ingredients for longer or add more water until it reaches the desired consistency.
