Watermelon Mint Ice Tea

Sweet, cooling and refreshing watermelon mint ice tea is a delicious summer treat. It’s sugar free as well!

Summer almost here’s or something close to it! I love summer and its many seasonal treats. The best of summer eating to me is watermelon and my favorite drink, watermelon mint ice tea. It’s my favorite because it’s sweet and calming, and very hydrating. A great post workout or chill out with a book in the garden refresher. Its also great if your dieting as its sweetness really satisfies any cravings for sweets.

So easy to make

Its super easy to make. Just brew some ice tea and let it cool. Cube half of a medium size watermelon and place in a blender with the coconut water and mint tea. If you have a small blender, it will take two batches.

Place in the refrigerator to let chill. You can serve it plain or add a little lime juice or sparkling water. Then add a few ice cubes, a sprig of mint and enjoy!
